Khayaghat lease notice for Bangla 1425 (4th bar)

Accordingly, it is being informed that according to the schedule given below, the tenders will be called for the lease for the distribution of 08 firaghat (07th first grade and 01 third class) 142 bbn described in the various subdivisions under this district council. Tender Barguna District Council Office, Deputy Commissioner's Office, Office of the Police Super, Executive Engineer, Office of the LGED Office and Upazila Nirbahi Officer's Office, Barguna Sadar, Amtali, Patharghata, Betagi, Bamna and Taltoli, at the specified cash price (non-refundable) Under the said schedule, the tender form can be purchased and deposited. The details of the lease are detailed below

Terms:

01. For a fencing, the tenders should be sealed in an envelope and write the name of the Khayaghat on the envelope.
0. Tender payers will pay 100% (100%) of the bids mentioned in the tender and 15% of the VAT on the submission and 5% of income tax as separate income from the scheduled bank, from the scheduled bank, separate bank draft / pay order in favor of Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Barguna. To be submitted through. Otherwise the tender submitted is considered to be directly canceled.
03. In the 07 (seven) days of notifying the highest bidder (whose bid will be accepted), the agreement with the district council will be executed at the non-judicial stamp of 300.00 (three hundred) at its own cost. Failure to complete the agreements within the stipulated time, the lease will be confiscated and the re-lease of the same fare will be confiscated.
04. The bank draft / pay order submitted by the highest bidder till the final decision of the concerned Khayaghat lease is kept in the office.
05. The Tenderer will have to submit the National Identity Card with the Tender and 2 copies of the passport size photograph.
06. The price of the lease will be written in words and words clearly. If lease rates are not acceptable, then it will not be acceptable. Incomplete and incomplete tender will be considered directly as cancellation.
07. Ijadar will have toll according to the latest approved toilerets and both sides of the khayaghat should be drawn in the form of the signature board. No toll can be recovered more than allowed toilets. If the extra toll in the ferry is proved, the ijaradar will be directly accountable and the Zilla Parishad lease policy will be canceled according to the relevant section of the Junkyard-1 9 60.
08. For any reason, if the holiday is declared by the government on the date of sale and acceptance of the Tender Schedule, then the Tender Schedule will be sold and accepted on the next working day of the day.
09. Tenders purchased for a ferry ticket can not be submitted as other tenders.
10. The District Council reserves the power to accept or reject any tender.
