Accordingly, it is being communicated to all that the leasehold land will be 01 (one) year lease for 1425 Bangla for leaseable land situated in different upazilas owned by Barguna District Council. In the prescribed form of the Barguna District Council, according to the conditions and schedules given below, from the person / organization seeking lease, the application form is invited to be issued within the office hours of 21/05/2016. Land lease application can be collected from the Barguna District Council office at Tk 50 / - (fifty) taka on the date of 20/05/018 at 5.00 pm. Details of the leaseable land

Land lease terms

01. A person / institution can apply for a plot (less than 360 square feet) in the prescribed form of the district council. Same person
      Can not apply for multiple plots.
0. The application should be submitted in the sealed envelope with proper marking of the land, in the application form, and the concerned upazila, Khatian
      No. and std no need to be written in pyro. The applicant's latest passport size -02 copy color photograph, national
      Citizen Charter / Identity Card will be submitted by the identity card, Chairman of the concerned Union / Paurashava.
03. Evaluate the application received by the scheduled date and select the lease holder. The amount of land / occupied land
      District councils can be re-assessed and the leaseholders will be compelled to accept it.
04. After the election of the lease holder, he / she has the contract with the Zilla Parishad authority at the cost of the non-judicial stamp of Tk 300 / - (three hundred).
       To collect and collect all the money inclusive of the specified value of the said land, 15% VAT and 5% income tax collected by Rashid (DCR)

05. Sub-lease / sale / transfer of land belonging to lease holder to anyone else. Any kind of permanent / permanent structure in the leased land

06. The tenure of the lease will remain in force till 30th Chaitra 1425. Before the expiry of the expiry of the tenure of the leaseer, the lease of every Bangla calendar falls within the month of Falgun
      It has to be renewed and a new agreement will be required for each year. Zila Parishad's land is not renewed before expiry

07. According to the government decision, if the renewal fee / increase in the lease of the leased land from time to time, the lender will be compelled to pay the increased fee / value.
08. If necessary for the construction of any stall / market in the leased land for the purpose of district council or for any other requirement this land should be used.
       If the Zila Parishad can cancel the lease in 2 (2) month notice and be forced to release possession of the leased land.
09. Due to any violation of the conditions mentioned above, the Zila Parishad Authority can cancel the lease of the land without showing any reason at any time.
